We offer a wide-range of fitness oriented classes, including:

Kickboxing Lite: This class is targeted for beginners. If you are just starting out and trying to get in shape, you'll love this class. It isn't easy, but you won't be left in the dust. Even if you are WAY out of shape, don't worry. We can help you modify for your needs and help you get through the class and have fun!

Intermediate Kickboxing:

More challenging than a Kickboxing Lite class. This class is a little step down from a regular kickboxing class. If you have been working out some, you'll be fine. This class will push you, but you'll be able to handle it!

Kickboxing:

Our regular standard kickboxing class. Not too easy and not too hard. A great class for anyone. You can always tone it down or ramp it up depending on your needs and abilities. We'll show you how! Come prepared to sweat. You will be shocked how fast the time flies!

Kickboxing Boot Camp:

Challenging class for people looking for an aggressive cardio workout!

From wherever you are starting, the fitness classes at The Martial Arts Advantage will move you forward to your goals.
